A restful stay - we will be back
10.0The location was amazing - looking out of our bedroom window we could see over the station platform roof to the boats on the river Deben. We had all we needed during our stay, and the breakfasts were excellent.

Fabulous location great food and service excellent value.
9.0The Quality, preparation and service of food was excellent. All staff were very friendly and happy to help. Property in a superb location provided good value with beds being comfortable and room facilities adequate.
− Only negative was absence of private car park and need to pay charges. Car park itself was just a few meters from property.
