Nice place, quiet, great views. There were some communication issues in the beginning and issues getting there. Once that was clear, it was cool. Also, there were some additional charges that were not clearly explained out in the original reservation but it was a nice place and good host. 4/5

absolutely no communication about logistics. phone number was useless, no messages returned on app. no one at pickup location, no one at pick up location even heard of this business. no notice about extra charges before hand. ended up paying $80 to hire boat to find room which took 4 hrs, then at the end were charged for meals and return boat trip which we were not notified. oh, and the place was old and worn, not like the photos

No primeiro dia foi uma experiência fantastica, ate perceber que nao oferecem toalhas de banho ou agua quente para banho. Cada ida na cidade custa 20 soles de barqueiro e 30 soles de taxista, ou seja, ficamos refem do barqueiro e sai 50 soles cada ida com volta. Compensa, é lindo, é uma experiência fenomenal, eles tem comida maravilhosa, por 25 soles o prato, mas quando o assunto é banho complica e quanto as idas a cidade essas saem demasiadamente caras.

UNACCESSIBLE LOCATION not in PUNO & Misleading information

nothing didn’t get to stay there

− [WARNING LOCATION DIFFICULT TO ACCESS] Place messaged me last minute (less than 1 day before) that a boat is required to get to the location but the last boat is 730pm. my bus arrives at 8pm so it was impossible to get to there. I had informed them of my check in time in advance but they chose to inform me about this only after the free cancellation period was over. they could have at least put an automatic message to inform when some one books it. then they did not reply when I put forth the refund cancellation waiver request so I was charged for even though I didn’t stay and had to book somewhere else last minute and now they are telling me offline (off the app) through WhatsApp that they will do something about it but booking.com customer service isn’t able to contact them either so I have doubts about them being an honest business I suspect they are messaging me offline now because of the review period, nonetheless I will put up this review so that hopefully others will not have to go through the same inconvenience. let’s see if they honor the refund or not.
