9.0Location was near the United Center, where we were seeing a concert. Restaurants were close by. It was near medical facilities and was a safe neighborhood.

− Parking. Very confusing where we could park. Signage could be better & it would be nice to have specific directions in an email from the hotel. Also, my confirmation email said parking was $30, then at checkin I was told it was $35.

This hotel has extremely friendly staff, spacious rooms and very good breakfast.
9.0Breakfast was very good. Rooms were nice and large with a great shower. The employees were very friendly and helpful. One of the friendliest staffs I have been around. Great job!
− Charging my credit card 2 times but was refunded. It's a little pricey, but that's Chicago. I would go back though.
