The balcony is exceptional, with a world class view. The size and layout of the apartment is excellent. There is ample parking for those with cars. The swimming pool area is great. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. Communication is very good. The location is great, if you are fit and well and can cope with steep slopes. Argegno is beautiful. The washing machine, this turned out to be vital (see below)!

− The finish and quality inside stop this place from being a 10/10. This does not have the same level of standard I've experienced in other European serviced apartments. There is a large issue with a lack of ample air conditioning. It is ventilation, which is not powerful enough and the apartment is hot and humid, sleeping at night was very difficult. Other residents told us they have invested in better systems. The other main issue is the quality of furnishings and fixtures. Such as: * Dirty, battered pillows * Old, thin, rough towels * A kettle filled with limescale * Awkward electricity power points in the kitchen * Mismatched crockery * Several kitchen items needed significant washing up (with the months old sponge that was provided) before use * 'Satellite TV' - it's old, with a weird collection of channels. A SMART TV would be better for guests to access their viewing of choice * Cushions on the sofa are dirty * There was no change of linen during our stay. We had to wash it ourselves Despite the above, we had a wonderful holiday and if you have booked already, you will too. It's just that expectations should be managed over the interior finish. It looks spectacular in the photos. The exterior matched them, the interior does not. For the price paid, it should be better.

Great view with a huge balcony. Plenty of room for our family of four. Nice welcome box waiting for us on arrival. Quick communication when we had a question.

It was great surprise to get welcome kit (snack, wine inside). The view from bedroom is amazing, perfect big balcony with furniture. Nice garage where we park our car. Really good instruction how to get to the property. Recomend this place 100%.
