− The price till walking in. It's a dump. Paid for a suite with kitchenette for a month. However first off it is the nastiest place ever. Secondly the suite had sticky nasty ripped carpet, microwave was disgusting, stove did not work, bathroom was gross,pubic hair,filth,urine,stained towels,bedding,and base trim was peeling off everywhere with filth caked up on and behind it. The smell was horrible throughout the entire place. Management was notified about the inequality of the room but, did absolutely nothing to fix or offer another room in the dump that at least had working cleaner appliances. I ended up battling with them over my money still nothing from them. Clause states no refunds people read it and don't stay if your a clean person or expect anything to compensate from them. Also it is unattended from 7pm to 11am no person to reach to complain about prostitution and drug deals going on in hallways. Horrible horrible (Colerain property) .
