Cabin had no bedding — and the linen policy wasn't disclosed when I booked

− I booked a cabin here through Booking.com and arrived around 1 a.m. to find it had no bed linens at all — no sheets, blankets, or pillows. I later learned this is actually the resort's policy: linens aren't included in the cabins, and you're expected to bring your own or pre-order a rental. The real problem is that none of this was stated in the Booking.com listing, and I got no message before arrival, so I had no way to know. When I called the after-hours line, I was told linens had to be requested in advance and that nothing could be done at that hour — so I spent my first night with no bedding. To be fair: if you know about the linen policy going in, it's a manageable rustic/cabin setup, and the linen rental is cheap and easy to add. My issue isn't that they rent linens — it's that a first-time guest booking through a third-party site gets zero warning, and the after-hours support has no way to help once you're already there in the middle of the night. Advice to future guests: bring or pre-order your linens before you arrive. And to the resort: the single easiest fix is to state "linens not provided" clearly on the Booking.com listing.
