− Śniadanie było skromne ale smaczne i miła obsługa. Gdyby Śniadanie było bardziej urozmaicone,np.ciepłe potrawy,owoce, warzywa napewno korzystało by więcej osób z tego posiłku

− Nie ma klimatyzacji to pierwsze. W temperaturze 35 stopni grzeją grzejniki i nie działają lodowki

1.0We got free waters and a kettle.
− Our room wasnt 100% clean, The light on the wall wasnt working the electrical socket basically almost fell out of the wall. one staff member in particular is rude and disrespectful. We came back one night at 1:30 am to find the cleaninf staff left our door open despite us requesting not to get cleaning, the staff went throught my suitcase took my clothes out and hung it on my wall, UNPROFESSIONAL. , worse than that after we went outside to get some air after the shock our key card wasnt working, we couldnt reach anyone so we had to call the police they were finally able to reach someone finally someone came down we tried explaining and he was really rude saying it's our fault and we choose not to listen! never again.
