10.0This hotel has it all, the staff is amazing. They were really nice with us from the moment we walked in. We got there early and they offered to leave our luggage in a safe place until room was ready so we can go eat or walk around. But they gave me a room quick without hesitation or early charges. Shara is one of the staff who was always with a happy smile in her face, polite and always asked if we needed something. The bar staff making them drinks on point, really good specially the morning crew in the first floor. Second shift was great too but we had more communication with early shift. The food was good too, everyday morning, afternoon and evening. The beach super close just a block away, stores, dining, the piers to do the tours wasnt far. This location was the best option. The only thing that I didnt or we didnt like is that they close the pool too early at 6:30pm and bars at 12midnight. Other than that I recommend 100%
