4.0清潔感がない、エアコンがあまり冷えない

6.0驚いたのが予約の時にセミダブル２つの部屋にしたのに、シングルでした。気になったので聞いたところ、当館にはセミダブルの部屋はないとのこと。何故セミダブルと記載されているのだろうか。 お風呂は広くてよかったし、食事付きにしたのもよかったが、食事のプラン選べたのか全然予約の時にわからなかった。

8.0オーシャンビューの日の出がとても綺麗でした。
不満
2.0プールがあるとの事だったので楽しみにしていたのにホテルに着いたらまずプールは別料金、そしてプールはとても汚い状態でした。ホテルとして許せないです。別料金だったらしっかり清掃しないといけないと思います。 夜11時から朝までホテルから出れない。 ベッドもかたくてなかなか寝れませんでした。 おすすめはしません！
チョット残念な、もったいないホテル。
8.0食事のボリュームが無い。もう少し内容の工夫が欲しい。 建物は綺麗なのに場所が悪いのか空いていました。
