10.0This hotel was better than I thought. It is very close to big train stations, from Ueno even on foot available. Perfect for strolling in the nearby and visit Tokyo. The room was small, but it is very clever planed (like under the bed storage). So I still had space. It is good sound isolated. Both the window and the walls. I had peace. No noise from neighbors. I could sleep so good. It is so good to have a hotel which one was clever planed. The staff was incredible nice. And the possibility of gluten free catering was just a dream for me. I really loved and enjoyed my stay. It was perfect for me. Got everything that I needed. I would surely return if I am again in Tokyo.

9.0The staff was very kind and proactive. The room had nice amenities and new towels everyday, even when there was no cleaning. Hotel location is awesome, with a 5 minute walk to the subway and good stores near.
− The breakfast option was not great. It had only a gluten-free menu with 3 options. It was ok for 2 days, after this, it became repetitive. It'd be nice to have more options.

8.0Late check-ins went smoothly. Staff super receptive to a tired traveler. Floors are quiet. AC, Huge TV, Lights, Hot Water all did their thing. Didn't have a Safe, interesting why some hotels do or don't. Location to everything and everywhere. There's like Three or more of the APAs within walking distance. Pricing was quite fair for the fall season. First time at an APA, I liked.
