6.0The staff was pleasant, efficient and accommodating, but the room itself was below par. The curtain was not hanging on the proper tabs and wouldn't close all the way, the refrigerator only worked on one setting, and the bed was okay but lumpy. More seriously, some water got spilled on the bedroom floor; and when I wiped it up, the washcloth was filthy. The floor obviously hadn't been mopped recently.
