2.0I paid a £1 deposit as I was asked and no one showed up to let me into the property so I had to find alternative accommodation without a refund . Please take this property off your list

2.0This accommodation is very basic. The room has damaged walls and doors, decoration is terrible.
I feel scammed and deceived
2.0When I booked with this company nowhere on their listing did it mention a minimum age requirement of 25 years and above until after paying for the room. They asked what the purpose of my stay was to help determine if they could make an exception for me being under 25. I responded saying I wanted a place near the airport to conveniently catch my flight. (Why else would I be booking at “the great airport place”?!) They asked me to send my flight itinerary via email or a WhatsApp number to see if they could make an exception for me. I don’t feel comfortable sending my personal flight details, especially on a different platform than booking… sounds sketchy to me! I tried to get a refund and they denied the request. I had to cancel and was charged full price! I feel scammed and deceived. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience booking with this company! I wish I had looked at more reviews before booking… I urge you to find another place to stay!!
Quite good value for money
6.0Convenient location if needing to stay reasonably close to the airport. Easy access to the house and room by codes emailed from the host. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Water pressure in the shower was low and intermittently cut off entirely

8.0Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room.

4.0住所が違う。 メールが来て、それに回答しないと泊まる宿がわからない、入れない。 心優しい人が助けてくれてなんとか入れたが、アクセスも悪く、おすすめはしない。 シャワールームも水浸しになる。
