10.0Great experience in Nashville with Virgin. My only issue was the pool. As a first time guest, I did not know you really need a reservation for any of the couches. Wasn't a problem in the end, fortunately it was warm enough to just stay in the pool the entire time. Bar and restaurant staff at all spots was very good.

10.0Best hotel I've stayed at so far. Great rooms that look really nice, great food and drinks. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Wish there were more hotels like this.

10.0Virgin Hotel- Nashville. Great hotel and location. Lots to do at the property. The bar and coffee bar are terrific. The only complaint is lack of shelves and/or drawers. We couldn’t fully unpack from our luggage because there wasn’t anywhere to put clothing.

8.0I was there for 2 night, Hotel itself is very nice, But front desk should point out things a bit more I did not realize that I had to request cleaning, When I came back to the room in the evening it was just as I left it, Kept calling the front desk for at least and hour hoping I could get clean towels but no one answered, Did not feel like going downstairs so did'nt have much choice to use what I had

8.0Great experience except for the Pool Club. Annoying person manning the door would not let me, just one person, in "due to capacity." Although at the same time a bunch of people were leaving. So know just because you are a guest at the hotel, those who come in off the street have top priority, especially if they look like an influencer.
