A very disappointing experience that I would not repeat
1.0the location, overall design, and atmosphere of the hotel are actually excellent.
− This hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid. The overall hygiene and cleanliness across the entire facility—not just the rooms—are extremely poor. Rooms were in unacceptable condition, with visible lack of cleaning. Even basic facilities like the shower and washbasin had clogged drainage, and this issue was not limited to our room but also experienced by our friends, which clearly indicates a recurring problem rather than an isolated case. The food was another major disappointment. There was very limited variety, and the quality was far below expectations. Some items even smelled spoiled to the point that staff themselves advised us not to feed them to our children, which is completely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. What makes this even more frustrating is that the location, overall design, and atmosphere of the hotel are actually excellent. It is a beautiful property with great potential, but it is severely let down by poor management, lack of maintenance, and failure to meet even the most basic hospitality standards. This was a very disappointing experience that I would not repeat, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and value-for-money stay.
