After my previous day's experience at a Rome hotel this encounter was exceptional. Thank you!
9.0The customer service was excellent. I arrived at 10am and had to leave same day by 8pm to catch another flight but the hotel owner willingly organised a room straightaway and even provided free transport back to the airport that evening. In the brief time I was there staff were extremely helpful and prompt in fulfilling my requests. I couldn't fault the amenities.
