10.0Hotel was conveniently located with easy walks to restaurants, buses, train stations etc. Room was of good size for London with facilities clean, comfortable bed and air conditioned. The team were extremely helpful as I required to purchase another suitcase, which they more than happily stored for me until my arrival. Check in was easy and no fuss, with my room being available early, which I was so grateful for after getting up at 4.30am. Highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to get out and about in London or even a nights stay if you are in London for an event.

− Мы не первый раз приезжаем в Лондон, и понимаем особенности отелей Лондона. Этот отель надо позиционировать для желающих попробовать экстрим прошлого века. Этаж 2, номер 116. Его мы будем помнить всегда. Окно открывается на проветривание всего лишь сантиметров 10, щелочка вверху, притока воздуха нет, в комнате ужасная духота и через 5 мин пребывания дышать уже нечем. Кондиционера нет, вентилятор бесполезен. Ночью дышать совсем невозможно, а к тому же муж должен спать с дыхательной маской(необходимость по здоровью). Наши попытки проветрить комнату зв счет открытой двери на пожарную лестницу, чтобы сделать хоть небольшой приток воздуха, пресекались персоналом, и мы их понимаем- требования к пожарной безопасности такие. Но нам то что делать?! Задыхаться? А на улице еще и жара под 30 градусов. Это было ужасно, казалось сердце не выдержит. Мы просили поменять номер на номер с кондиционером-нам отказали, под предлогом отсутствия таковых. Матрас на одной из кроватей был провален, ночью пришлось переворачивать его, так как спать было невозможно, постоянно скатывалась с матраса, и лучше уж скатываться к стене, чем свалиться с него в проход во время сна. Ванная комната оборудована сантехникой позапрошлого века- душ встроен в стену, он не снимается, пользоваться им неудобно, краны в духе старой английской традиции- либо кипятком умывайся, либо ледяной водой. Мы за все наше пребывание в Англии жили в нескольких отелях, и это первый, где мы не отдохнули, а набрались только негатива и устали. Отель должен быть предназначен для отдыха путешествующих, а не для создания экстремального пребывания.
