bare minimum okayish
5.0pool area , mall located beside , view frm the room....the washroom doesnt have a separate door for bathing area n cupboard too missing in the room (just the hangers) which can be ignored a bit.
− one house keeping staff just crazily rang bell to ask for clearing the snacks n eatables frm fridge ...at 5pm on the check in day itself..i asked it is indeed for consumption of guest during the stay on pay basis right? n y wud u remove it at this time or even if its a valid reason fr knocking? thn he apologised but it disturbed my well required afternoon nap with lots of crazy ringing on the door bell ....i ignored it but thn the viva"-the food court 1-2 staff those guys were literally unprofessional n joking on the guests n maybe just saying ma'am or sir 2 times doesnt make them "professionally trained...tbh i felt it bit creepy...n yea expect 2-3 reminders for a basic housekeeping service or water bottles req for the room...staff is quite gross bruh in professionalism or for IHG level hotel chain...
