10.0提供相當多的停車位，對於自駕旅客相當方便 空間寬敞，有洗衣機與烘衣機，相當方便 check in是有訊息提供智慧門鎖密碼，進出方便，不用擔心忘記帶鑰匙 而且也沒有櫃檯人員辦理check in，直接進入， 對於有溝通障礙的我來說相當方便

− グラスがない。BSが映らないのと、Amazonプライムなど契約しているサブスクが観られない。

9.0房间很宽敞也很新，除了个别地方卫生不到位，有些灰尘，还有厨房有点异味，其他都很好。就是离市街区比较远，周围便利店和餐厅需要走十分钟左右。但是整体来说性价比很高！
