− Evening desk lady was rude and making out with someone from the staff in front of guest even so far as not meeting the needs of guests. Very unprofessional
Will stay at the Hotel in front of it next time
4.0Broken Iron board fell on me took a whole day for some to come get it. Big dead bugs in the room had to call several times for someone to get them. Bar never open up and staff never showed up for work to even open
− Stayed there because they said they had a Restaurant Bar on site, then acted as if it wasn’t a problem when the service wasn’t available to paying customers. I could have stayed at one of Six other and newer Hotels whose on-site Bar and Restaurant were properly staff and available for their customers to utilize
