8.0Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. L'hotel è molto vicino all'ingresso di Petra, ha un comodo parcheggio ed è possibile anche avere colazione e cena. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Inoltre, siccome eravamo gli unici ospiti ci hanno permesso di fare un late check out che è stato graditissimo per rinfrescarci all'uscita dagli scavi.
− Il condizionatore nella mia stanza non funzionava, ma per fortuna non faceva molto caldo e non ho informato lo staff. Ho invece dormito con la finestra aperta e c'era una buona zanzariera. Le lenzuola sono sintetiche e non mi fanno impazzire, ma il letto è grande e confortevole e la biancheria pulita.

10.0Everything. This place is fantastic. Great location that is a short walk to Petra entrance. Had a great breakfast. Room was very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Staff were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

9.0The owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious (they try to fulfill all wishes), the room is quiet and cozy, and the heating and air conditioning work well and quietly.
− The bathroom is small, the shower only has a short curtain, and the pretty lights (next to the beds in the hotel photos) don't work.

10.0the room was clean, large, and well equipped. The staff were kind, and one of the men were kind enough to let us go to our old room after petra to shower and change after sweating in the hot sun and being exhausted (it was past our check out time). We had time between the bus back to amman and petra so they let us store our bags there as well. The man that let us shower deserves a raise. SO KIND. He and my husband had a conversation about living there, shared interests, and he doesnt take a liking to too many people. Also, we asked if we could have a breakfast to go as we wanted to be at petra at open before the crowds, and they packed us a great breakfast to go. It was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel because of these things.
