Breakfast was amazing. Some staff were very motivated and some were not. There was an amazing employee at the reception

− We had a terrible last dinner. We ordered entrecôte steaks. We got cheated!!! It was not an entrecôte cut. It was soooo hard and tasteless. I returned my steak. The others ate it. It was awful. They still charged us.
