− not being given the code to get in until the man came.There really wasn't any need to be shown in, as they could have given a door code the day of arrival

5.0+ Staff was very friendly and willing to help
− - ZERO SIGNAGE FOR THE PROPERTY. Makes it very hard to find. - Located in an extremely loud (and questionable) area. Windows have no sound proofing. Sirens all night. Yelling here and there. (I know it’s a city, but sound proofing helps.) - Furniture was quite worn down. - Bathroom tiles on the floor were broken and very sharp. Had to be very mindful of where we stepped, even with shower shoes. - Shower was very very slick. No grip at all. - Not easily accessible for anyone with difficulty walking. Very steep stairs and no elevator. You must go up stairs to get to all the rooms.

Excellent value and location
8.0Easy, friendly, great location, good local amenities including nice cheap locals pub who were welcoming, good supply clean towels, tea, coffee etc. Has a small fridge which is useful.
− Netflix wouldn’t connect despite TV being on the network. Pillows a little lumpy but manageable. Plug in sink could do with mending but didn’t actually affect me personally
