The location in the town centre was great

− Then entrance to the property was very scruffy and there was a lot of rubbish, it was quite intimidating. Once we got to the correct floor it was fine.

Really enjoyed staying here again

Handy city centre location. Excellent flat. The weather was the hottest I have ever known in Worcester so it was a challenge. The icy water setting on the shower was much appreciated.

− The silicon seal round the bath/shower needs replacing as it has some black mould and the seal between wash hand basin and tiles is missing

Idea stay for what we needed

The location was great - really close to everything you need (would really recommend the Thai Gallery restaurant!), the hosts were very attentive & made sure we had all the information ahead of our stay, the apartment is very well looked after with enough amenities and space for a comfortable stay. Thanks!

− I know this isn't the hosts fault, but it was quite noisy on the first night with a club down the road which I hadn't anticipated on a Monday night so it wasn't a great night sleep on the first night - but I slept great the second night. It was just bad timing and can be avoided. The key collection is a little bit stiff.

While the hosts were wonderful, this was not an entirely pleasant experience.

The owners were wonderful and very accommodating with our particular needs including removing scented products as my husband is very allergic, and also providing a travel cot. The flat is quaint with beams and nicely decorated. There were little gifts left for us including dog treats and a baby toy which were incredibly thoughtful and very much appreciated. Communication was very good throughout.

− Unfortunately as others have mentioned the flights of stairs leading to the property are dirty, littered and unpleasant, so we were expecting this but still not nice. The noise from the nightclub opposite was pretty horrendous and as we had a baby with us it was not great it went on until the early hours. Also there were only two mugs between four of us and some of the kitchen equipment was dirty so we couldn’t use the kitchen as much as we needed to. This was our only option for accommodation having left it too late to book for a wedding and as we found out it was also a race weekend so everything else was booked, but they were happy to accommodate our small dog. (For a £25 fee). Having a pram was also difficult due to the stairs (which we only found out about at the last minute) so it had to be carried up several flights. While that is obviously down to us not the owners I only mention it to let others know that this is not an easy choice for a family, definitely not suitable for children.
