Нуса Пенида сама по себе очень грязная с плохими дорогами. Стоить приехать за видами, но сразу найти проводника на все д
8.0− персонал навязывал экскурсии и проезд до пляжа дороже уличных, завтраки очень холодные, хотя мы приходили к назначенному времени, фруктов давали крошечные порции. Один фрукт делили на всю компанию из 8 человек. Балдахин на кровати очень пыльный, лучше бы его убрать.

7.0Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist jedoch sehr holprig und steil. Auf der rechten Seite der Anlage hat man inzwischen nur noch eine Häuserfront vor sich (siehe Bild). Auf der linken Seite kann man jedoch weiterhin eine schöne Aussicht genießen.
− Am wenigsten zufrieden waren wir allerdings mit dem Service. Während uns einer der Mitarbeiter gut verstand, hatten zwei andere Verständigungsprobleme. Das war jedoch nicht das eigentliche Problem. Das Problem war vielmehr, dass es unter den Mitarbeitern keine ausreichende Absprache gab. Wir wollten für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit einen Fahrer bestellen, dieser kam aufgrund von Kommunikationsproblemen innerhalb der Unterkunft jedoch erst um 7:20 Uhr. Wäre er noch später gekommen, hätten wir unsere Fähre zurück nach Bali verpasst.
