4.0I was never told that this property had air-conditioning only in the master bedroom. The rest of the comdo unit had no air-conditioning and it was hot. The bathrooms were badly in need of upgrades - smelly toilet, cracked countertops, old fixtures, etc. Kitchen was super old, with microwave door that does not fully open, no cooking fan, etc. Carpets were so worn out and old. We saw a giant centipede on our first night snd also tiny ants everywhere. Will not rent here again.
