10.0Friendly, welcoming and approachable staff. Well laid out rooms with cool furnishings. Loved the recorder player and vinyl. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Quiet too. Great overnight stay.

10.0Great amount of space for our family (3 humans and 2 dogs). Welcome drink was an unexpected bonus. Location perfect for our needs. Funky decor and pick n mix was fun.

− My partner and I had been travelling and were hoping to shower before going for a meal but we couldn't due their being no hot water. We had to go for a meal and then come back to shower. The boiler wasn't turned on and I had to phone to ask how to get it on. Not great

Nice hotel for the money with nice quirks. Free beer on arrival always welcome.
7.0Location was great, room itself was nicely designed with nice extras like the record player, guitar etc. Coffee was good too.
− The worst thing was the bottles of shampoo, body wash etc in the bathroom. None of the dispensers worked, non of them. WHich meant having to unscrew them whilst in the shower and pour the contents. The bottles were glass which made them slippy when wet and risky if dropped. the mini bar wasn't stocked either.
