− Geen airco. Was erg warm. We hadden per mail aangegeven dat onze zoon glutenvrij moest eten. Hier was helaas niets voor geregeld. Er werd ook niet aangeboden dat we geld terug kregen voor het feit dat hij nu niets gegeten had. Een medewerker wist zefs niet wat coeliakie was. Terwijl we op internet hadden gelezen dat er glutenvrije opties waren als je het van tevoren aangaf.
