Other than the 3 little communication problems, it was a very nice stay. We enjoyed all the rest

− Nothing to do with the property itself but related to the question how easy it was to collect the keys. In general communication is good. But too many messages with too much text, of which most was already given several times made it difficult to find the code. Compare it with communication via booking: it's concise and I find the code in no time. 2nd thing... maybe English people are used to how to turn on the water in the shower (electric). Not us. I checked the guest book for advice.... a lot of info, but this was missing. I found it eventually, but I had already contacted for help. And this us the 3rd point: I don't know how, but at the end I communicated with 3 different numbers which was very confusing. I sent the info that I turned on the water to the first two numbers, when I was contacted by a third. The message was not forwarded to this very friendly person, who desperately tried to find a solution for me.

Very comfortable cottage, cute and clean. We found coffee and tea bags and some milk in the fridge. Very good location, just 5 minutes drive from Bourton on the water. Highly recommend!

Great small place for a couple

Location is amazing with parking. Cottage is the perfect size for a couple. Great communication before and leading up to the trip. Quiet and peaceful.

− Downstairs heater didn't really do much, but the upstairs one did work.

Location was perfect and cottage had everything we needed for our stay

− Maybe could do with a little bit of decorating downstairs

Overall a very pleasant stay, a few tweaks here and there could improve the comfort for future guest

The cosy cottage feel and added extras, e.g. condiments, milk etc. We enjoyed playing the board games which were provided.

− Extra storage for clothes, e.g. a set of drawers would have been nice. Had to leave clothes that would normally go in drawers in our suitcase. A few extra pieces of cutlery....extra knives, forks & teaspoons would have been helpful. Couldn't find a recycling bin either. Really begrudge throwing away recycling, so we left it by the general waste bin.
