I had to find a hotel last minute because my Vrbo was a bait and switch deal. I stumbled upon this charming hotel based on the reviews and it was near the Vrbo lodging. It was past 10:00 pm when I knocked on the door Emre Pirgek opened the reservation desk even though the hotel was locked up for the night. We explained our story and Nihat, the bellboy came to help us with our luggage back to the hotel. This was above and beyond and I really appreciated their help after such a stressful ordeal. The rooms were very nice and they had a free breakfast. I only stayed one night because I was able yo book an Airbnb the next day, I would book this hotel again if I wasn’t traveling with family. Thank you so much Soul hotel for the care I was given. Your employees are the best!

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir mochten unser Zimmer sehr, es war stylisch, sauber, alles gepflegt und tip top! Wir hatten eine super Zeit und auch die Lage war super!

Design compromised by lack of comfort functionality and NOISE!!

Visual design, lovely staff especially the Mann at breakfast and the lady on reception.

− The room I had , considered to be the best in the hotel was UNBELIEVABLY NOISY. The room though visually stunning is impractical .no where to really put anything away.security safe not attached to the wall and positioned on the bottom shelf where access is difficult.Remember the hotel is located in one of the party zones of Istanbul so the noise does not stop until about 4am. Simply if this hotel concentrated on comfort as much as it did on design it would be superb. Simple SOUND PROOF the rooms. Oh did I mention the bed .Too soft. When I finally got moved to a quiet twin room at the back of the hotel the bed was an ideal size for a small thin person or a child.Not for a person of average height or size.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was breakfast each morning, where we were joined by five adorable little cats who kept us company. They added so much charm and character to the hotel and always put a smile on our faces. The hotel staff also went above and beyond to make my partner’s birthday truly special. They kindly arranged a lovely surprise in our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the day even more memorable. It was a personal touch that we genuinely appreciated and will never forget. What really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Every member of staff made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and welcoming experience.
