5.0The location was good. The room is quite small, and it was clean when we arrived.
− There was no cleaning during our stay (5 nights), no breakfast (altough it was shown ‘included’ when I booked), the kitchen is very minimal, we have not seen any person from the hotel, everything is online. There was zero flexibility for early checkin.

7.0The room was spacious in comparison with other Japanese hotels we've visited. Location is also nice.
− There is no receptionist. Communication is difficult when there isn't staff around and wait for an online answer on my questions. First day I couldn't get my breakfast because there was noone around. Also every day the breakfast was a set menu that is tipical asian. No options or information what it would be to choose from. We didn't like it.

6.0The location is fantastic, a really quiet street, but a short walk to the markets and shops. It's about a 20-35 min taxi ride to Shinjuku, so if that's more interesting to you, this might not be a great location. The room layout is good for a family. All in all this was an okay stay but I wouldn't stay here again. It's like a roadside motel for quality.
− No reception staff - I saw a staff member once across two stays totalling 7 nights. The locks in the luggage storage room don't work, I called the cloud reception and they said they would send someone to help, but they never came to help. If you need towels or any service you have to call the cloud reception - no housekeeping. The rooms need a deep clean, stains on carpets and lounge, mould in seals of fridge door.
