9.0A wonderful, large appartment with three big rooms with 4 large beds, excellent for us, a family of 5 with adult children. Wel equipped, easy to cook, has two bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, also has a washing machine. The appartment is a bit old (like all of venice) but very pleasant, we felt totally at home. Sitting a while in the window watching gondolas come by, reading a book, totally lovely. Great location, close to everything but out of the crazy flow of tourists. Little coop supermarket nearby. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Not too far from dock of boats to airport. Communication with Susanna really easy.
