9.0Cool apartment, flexible check in, and good communication. Looks more like a nicely remodeled loft. Comfy bed and pillows also. The AC is very good also, and it's hot in July. Perfect for a couple, or if you travel with small(er) kids let's say. The drawback being the lack of privacy. There's no bedroom door, and the bathroom is built kinda in the bedroom, so if you're more than 2, heh, your privacy is completely gone.
− Not good if you have mobility issues. Second floor with no elevator, in an old building with extraordinarily narrow staircase. A litlle adventure to go up and down the stairs :)

− Non ci sono pareti che dividano camera da letto e soggiorno con divano letto. La porta non è blindata ed è semplicemente una porta a vetri con una tenda oscurante.
