8.0The house was great, hot tub very comfortable and I can't fault just how quiet the area is Only downsides is the floorboards are extremely creaky-- absolutely part of the nature of the house! But just a warning as if you need to get up through the night likely hood is everyone will wake up Not a problem at all but it's just good to know in advance. My family had a great stay and I'd fully recommend
