5.0I enjoyed the location because it is right in the heart of Kotor old town. And the apartment was big. The staff was welcoming and nice.
− We had a few facility problems. When we checked in at 15:00 the apartment wasn’t cleaned. The staff told it they had a problem with contacting the cleaning staff and we weren’t able to comfortably entre our room before 6pm. The ac didn’t work either, and it took a whole day for someone to fix it. Which made sleeping and just existing in the room extremely hot and humid. We were really understanding however it did really affect our stay a lot.

− Yatak ve yastıklar çok rahatsızdı. Uyumakta oldukça zorlandık. Dairedeki klima bakımsız olduğu için odayı hiç soğutmadı. Sadece bir vantilatör işlevi gördü.

10.0From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with transportation, local recommendations, and anything we needed. The location is outstanding. Being right inside Kotor’s Old Town makes the whole experience feel magical, stepping outside and immediately finding yourself surrounded by history, charming streets, restaurants, and the unique atmosphere of the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything worked as expected, making it suitable for both short stays and longer visits.
− Nothing that negatively impacted our stay. The only thing future guests should consider is that the apartment is located in a historic building, so access is through a narrow spiral staircase. This adds to the charm and authenticity of staying inside Kotor’s Old Town, but it may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations or those traveling with large or heavy luggage.
