8.0Hotel je dobře dostupný, lokalita je klidná a v pěkném prostředí. Hotel má příhodnou výchozí polohu pro procházky a v blízkosti se nachází hrad Hasištejn s vyhlídkovou věží. V průběhu pobytu jsem požádala o změnu pokoje, velmi příjemná a profesionální recepční Veronika moji žádost hned kladně vyřídila. Nabídka při snídani byla rozmanitá, k dispozici byl mimo jiné vaflovač a odšťavňovač. Co mne překvapilo, byla totální absence syrové zeleniny, žádná rajčata, papriky ani okurky. Jedině malé misky s již ochucenou zeleninou, posypanou sýrem. Jídla, která jsem si objednala podle jídelního lístku byla průměrná.
Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání.
8.0Hotel je na klidném místě. Personál byl příjemný. Snídaně obsahovaly bohatou nabídku. Všude bylo čisto. Probíhající stavební úpravy, o kterých jsme předem věděli, jsme prakticky ani nezaznamenali. Wellness zázemí nemohu hodnotit, protože jsme jej nevyužili.
− Vzhledem k probíhajícím úpravám bychom při příjezdu do areálu ocenili lepší značení, kudy je momentálně možný vstup do hotelu.
