10.0First of all, the staff in the hotel are very friendly. They always make you feel happy with them. They treat you like their family member. The room is clean and has air conditioner. They help me to arrange a day trip to the Indi Maize reserve and lend me the boots to walk in the trail. The food in their restaurant are delicious.

10.0Every time I stay there I’m always amazed by how terrific everyone makes you feel and how good the service is. I always hate leaving.

8.0Hotel Victoria is the best hotel in town. The service was excellent five star, the hotel is located next to Castillo with views of the fortress from every window and balcony in the hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
