Great space, handy to town - could be better with just a little more spent on a few things

− BBQ far too small for large group - Gas bottle should be there on arrival Pillows uncomfortable No hand towel - had to ask for one Finer details missing in this expensive property
Had a good time but that was more about our friends than accommodation
6.0Location, good showers, great fire place
− No hair dryer, sleeps 9 but only 6 couch and 6 dining room chairs, what’s that about? We booked thru booking.com but there were HHH instructions about cleaning etc, that was a bit weird, price was way higher than quoted on HHH website which seemed very odd also. For $1,528 for 2 nights we thought things like soap and toilet paper would be better quality.

7.0− The dishwasher had not been emptied. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms or shower gel shampoo in the showers. This is basic.
Warm and inviting
10.0Lovely house. Very warm up stairs, during day with sun and the log burner great at night. Well appointed - kitchen, living space, views, handy to the township, parking for 2 possibly 3 cars, downstairs a bit chilly but heaters available. Bonus - 3 toilets Great place for both winter and summer
− A few repairs needed - light bulbs, towel rail, rubbish bins full Need to be able to manage stairs as living area , mian bedroom and laundry all upstairs But overall no complaints
