1.0The place is 15 min walking to zion and the place looks nice
− I had my worst experience in a long time. The host literally yield me very angry because we were trying to take water from the common area at 10:20pm. The area is closed at 10 pm. And I understand that was closed. But how the host reacted is not understandable. I quote "it says closed, not close exept if you want to have water do you know how to read?". Its a inn next to Zion, of course guests will want to have filter water when arriving... Also they did not tell us in advance about the breakfast time, its only one hour from 7:30 to 8:30.

10.0Great location to access Zion NP. The owners were very helpful in navigation the park and giving ideas on the best hikes and what to see in the park and the surrounding areas. My husband and I loved the breakfasts they provided, my favorite was the avocado toast. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub after hiking all day and watching the hummingbirds in their feeders.
Perfect high end accommodation
10.0Beautiful three night stay. Quiet location a block off the main road with off street parking. Good pre arrival Communication. Everything about the property is quality from the bed, thickness of carpets and walk in shower. Sleep quality was excellent. Location is excellent with the park entrance, restaurants and supermarket all being a 12-15min walk.

8.0Good location with easy access to Springdale and the bus to Zion. Enjoyed the backyard and the dozens of hummingbirds. Good breakfast.
− Would have been nice to have a TV in room. Breakfast was very good but the tight sit down window wasn’t great for us. Nothing like walking into an assigned seat with a full room of strangers to start your day. 😀. And it was quiet so it forced conversations amongst the close together tables. Maybe spread out the breakfast hours and have some soft music. Allow people to sit in the back yard for breakfast….it is beautiful.
