− Staff was very rude. The room was not even clean yet. The cleaning lady bitch about never getting tips and talked about how bad they were been treat3d. My wife had to go to reception to demand another room when she saw the cleaning lady mop the floor with the same mop she dip in the toilet. Nasty!
