Un véritable 5 étoiles aux suites somptueuses Vue splendide sur le Lac et le Parc. Les petits déjeuners sont exemplaires. Restauration étoilée, inspirée et inspirante … Merci sincèrement au Chef et à toute sa brigade. Le plus indéniable de cet établissement, réside dans son personnel. Mention toute particulière à Marius et à Béatrice … Réellement parfait !

Beautiful hotel, but basics of 5-star missing ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5) We recently stayed at this 5-star hotel and, in many ways, it lived up to expectations. The property itself is absolutely stunning — both inside and out. The views over the lake were breathtaking, and our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruit and plenty of choice. I also ordered two poached eggs from the hot selection, which amusingly arrived on two separate plates, each with toast but no garnish — a slightly odd presentation, but it did make us smile. However, there were some disappointing aspects to our stay. On arrival, we were told the outdoor pool was open and offering food and drinks, but when we went down we found it closed with no service available. The explanation was that there had been a storm the day before — though on the day itself the sun was shining, so this felt like a missed opportunity. Later, we also discovered that the main restaurant was closed for the entire day (apparently standard on Mondays), which is unusual for a hotel of this level. To the hotel’s credit, the new owner — who had only been in charge for a week — did step in and arrange for the pool to be opened, and allowed us to order paninis. While the gesture was appreciated, the price of €25 for a simple cheese panini was hard to justify. For dinner, we were given access to the room service menu, but the options were extremely limited:

Très beau séjour avec un personnel souriant et bienveillant. Belle chambre la n*3 mais les personnes en terrasse nous voient et cela nous a gêné. Sinon literie salle d’eau impeccable. Dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel très très bien. Un gros bémol sur le Check out où l’on nous a refusé de rester à la piscine ensuite alors que la veille il pleuvait à notre arrivée. Nous voulions déjeuner au resto mais nous sommes donc partis un peu comme des pestiférés. Vraiment plus que dommage

Enfin, le petit-déjeuner, d’une qualité remarquable, met en avant des produits frais et savoureux.
