6.0Easy to book, had a few minor issues which were resolved very quickly, even though it was at the weekend
− I’ve stayed in a lot of Donnini apartments and they’re starting to get quite tired, the bathrooms especially, not just in this flat need replacing.
Disappointed
2.0We were led to believe a lift was not required as ground floor. Wheelchair friendly etc. The bedroom was up a very steep set of stairs and no bathroom on the upper level. Having to access the bathroom in the night was quite dangerous for elderly people. The unit was not in good condition and I was asked to pay an insurance type of payment or leave a hundred pound bond that they could access if they felt it warranted it.
