A comfortable stay
8.0We stayed 2 nights here as part of a small group tour of Morocco. So far, it has been one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide selection of tasty foods. Desserts were excellent. Our room was large with a comfortable King size bed and plenty of options on the tv. Our biggest complaint was no WiFi coverage in our room. You could get it in the lobby and on the rooftop terrace so we had to use slower cellular data.
Decent Fes hotel
8.0The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, the showers are good and the breakfast was plentiful! As a light sleeper my only complaint would be the noise of the busy street outside that sadly kept me awake good part of the night! The wifi did not work in my room ( but in reception it’s good )
Good service ,good view
8.0It was a good experience even though the price was kinda expensive as a Moroccan but I think I will visit it again soon. The view was iconic and the sunset was crazy also this helps you relax and enjoy a quiet time alone or with your friends . And the service was good but the food quality wasn’t the best !

6.0This was a disappointing stay. We stayed for two nights as a couple at a part of an organised tour. It appears to be a modern luxury hotel and could potentially be very good. The staff were not particularly friendly or responsive. The breakfast was cold and tired. The fresh orange was good until it ran out. No alcohol. There were no coffee facilities in room. Maybe things were poor because it was Ramadan. The roof terrace and pool were closed. Some aspects of the room layout was wrong Our WiFi worked fine and our room was spacious and quiet. There is a panoramic view from the top floor however the hotel is not in the attractive old part of the city. There are cash machine and restaurants convenient.
