10.0Tudo que encontramos no Lote20 nos surpreendeu positivamente e nos encantou. A receptividade de todos os colaboradores, estrutura, atenção e acolhimento, café da manhã delicioso e uma localização de tirar o fôlego. Um lugar perfeito pra descansar e curtir com elegância e acolhimento.

10.0Funcionários muito atenciosos, destaque para o Guilherme. O local é lindo e aconchegante, com lareira e cinema nos parreirais. Café da manhã muito bom. A única coisa que eu não gostei foi o chuveiro em cima da banheira, detalhe que não havia observado por ocasião da reserva.

Bom hotel mas pode melhorar
8.0Hotel excelente porém na suíte 9 a cama que dizia ser king na verdade eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, ficava um vão entre elas causando desconforto ao casal. Dormimos mal por isso. Hotel diz ter xinane porém quando chegamos fomos avisados que equipamento estava quebrado. Hotel pouco acessível a qualquer pessoa com baixa mobilidade.
