− 部屋清掃されてない、寝具臭い、風呂カビだらけ…

5.0初めての民泊。他の宿泊客はおらず、住宅街でもあり大変静かでした。

4.0− 駐車場が二台あるとのことだが、オーナーの車が毎回止まっており、実質空きは一台のみ。 チェックインのため、ドアホンで呼び出したがんだが反応がない。仕方なく電話をしたが、分かりましたと言われたがその後対応が全くなく、30分待った挙句また電話したら、部屋に入っていいと言われた。

− お風呂が中々空かず何度も見に行ったこととチェックアウト時に何方も居らず鍵を宿泊者にお願いした
