3.0Завтрак по ассортименту очень большой, но такое многообразие как: салаты под шубой , оливье, пельмени, вареники, макароны , жаренная картошка - я считаю, на завтрак не нужны. Все кроме яичницы - все не вкусно, каждый день одно и тоже. Хлеб и хлебобулочные изделия - сухие и залежалые, выпечка - не вкусная.
− В первую очередь не понравилось отношение персонала на ресепшене и администрации к посетителем. Оказывается семейный номер - это не один общий номер, а 2 смежных номера, разделенных двумя дверьми. Нас четверо. Мы приехали после долгой дороги , с детьми уставшие около 17.00 ч., и нам при заселении на ресепшене администратор объясняет, что одна комната нашего номера до сих пор занята, и нам всем вместе, четырем человекам, предлагают разместиться в другой комнате нашего номера, на одной кровати! На наш вопрос - "как это занята наша комната, ведь заселение с 14.00, а сейчас 17.30" - нам ответили - "ну вот так, посетитель еще из нее не выехал, а когда он из нее съедет, еще нужно будет убирать номер"! В конечном итоге, полноценно разместились мы только к 20.00! Такого отвратительного сервиса мы еще нигде не встречали. Также персоналом не были учтены наши просьбы при бронировании - попросили 3 халата и 2 раздельных одеяла - ничего этого не было сделано при нашем заселении, хотя обещали все выполнить. Отвратительные уборки в номере!!! Куски мусора на полу, из ведра не всегда забирали мусор! Через раз подкладывали ежедневные чай/кофе, туалетную бумагу. Оставляли трижды на ресепшене замечания - никакой реакции и улучшений не было. В номере нет ни чайных ложечек, (я уже о столовых приборах вообще молчу), ни тарелки, на даже блюдечка, только 2 стакана и 2 чашки, все! Очень не удобно, покупали фрукты, не на что было положить, чтобы покушать. Очень не удобные подушки! Не вкусные , однообразные завтраки, из фруктов - только яблоки не съедобные и порезанный апельсин
