Traumatizing
1.0− Showering with cold water (after complaining was given an omo bucket to use by heating water in a kettle)! Breakfast has very few options and was cold (promised us variety the next day…that never came). On day one there was no milk for breakfast tea. Other breakfast food were depleted and when asking why, we were told to wake up earlier! (Despite them telling us that breakfast was from 7-9:30 am, we had arrived at 9am) Gave us only one towel. No bathroom mats, no hand towel, which left the bathroom flour wet with water every time you stepped out of the shower Reception staff would hang up the phone when you try calling them to ask for assistance. Didn’t seem at all concerned that we were not comfortable Overall, would definitely not recommend staying there. Oh yes, and the “sofa bed” they claim to have is actually just a sofa. They say they don’t know what a sofa bed is. Had to show them photos
