1.0The hotel was nice when we arrived, but we were NOT happy when we left.
− We were woke up at 6 am by other rude guests. Then lost power at 8 am. Staff was rude when we asked about the power and breakfast. We looked up power outages in the area, and there were supposedly none... We then asked about quiet time being from 9 pm - 9 am and they told us that the walls were just thin, thought nothing of it, very unprofessional. We also had grandparents staying in the hotel who are on oxygen and need power for the machine. When we went and asked about checking on them because they were not answering the door by us knocking, they said they weren't able to let us do that, and they weren't sure what to tell us because without power they couldn't confirm the room. We knew the room, we were pounding on the door. Thankfully we finally woke them up and they were able to use their portable machine as their oxygen was already lower than it should be. My husband was ready to kick the door in, when they didn't seem to care. We wanted a place to sleep, shower and have breakfast before heading home, we were VERY UNPLEASED. Things happen, but they didn't even try to correct or help any of it, didn't even care. They had less work to do, and were just all standing around kind of chatting when we first approached them.
