Would have been 10/10 if not for the coffee issue

− Having water coolers and no coffee in the room is totally fine. But if the ONLY tea and coffee is accessed from reception and not the room then that HAS to be available 24/7. Wanting to have a coffee at 4am and being told it was not available until 6am was pretty pathetic. Be sustainable for sure but not allowing your guests to drink coffee / tea for 1/4 of each day is wrong.

5.0− Il y avait des cafard dans les chambres. Il y a des boissons à disposition mais personne nous a prévenu on l’a su au moment du départ. Emplacements un peu loin du centre.
