8.0The house was a cozy 2 bedroom summer cottage one block off the water - was perfect size for a family of 5 with a third sleep area off the dining area. We were able to have local friends over for dinner any game night of UNO without feeling cramped. My only feedback would be better lighting in the dining room for late night games. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, the instructions provided on reading meters was perfect and how to replace fuse as well.
