2.0Bugs everywhere. But I have a gecko in my room so it’s better as it eats other bugs. But ants and bugs are everywhere and other guests also complained. The room furnitures are also broken and have people coming in to fix in the middle of your stay.

6.0It’s ok. My room didn’t have any soap or shampoo in the bottles. The rooms are clean. The water is hot. The bed was comfortable but overall, very average. Just fine. Not bad. Not great.

10.0Excellent service de la part du personnel. La communication était simple, ils parlent anglais. Chambre était confortable et les déjeuners délicieux. Près de la rivière Mékong, du marché de nuit et de plusieurs temples ce qui facilite les déplacements.
